Dairy-Free Alfredo? Yes, It’s Possible—And Delicious
It tastes so good, you won't miss the cream.
Hey friend, Happy Saturday!
If you’re like me, finding time to cook a delicious meal during a busy week can be a challenge. But this dairy-free chicken Alfredo pasta is here to save the day—quick, creamy, and totally satisfying! It’s everything you need for a weeknight win.
Last week I wrote about my hero dairy free ingredient, nutritional yeast, and we enjoyed it in homemade pesto.
Here I am, one week later, singing its praises again.
This week it’s the magic dust in dairy free chicken alfredo.
Some dairy free versions of well-loved and traditionally dairy-heavy recipes can be hard to get used to.
*Ahem* I’m looking at you, mac n cheese.
But this alfredo was so good my kids didn’t even realise the ingredients had never seen a cow.
I think you’ll love this recipe too. Let me know in the comments if you make it!
